For the past 3 years I have contended with chronic inflammation of my right knee attributed to minor arthritis found in the joint. This inflammation caused leg stiffness with limited range of motion, and muscle tension with crippling lower leg pain following relatively short walks. Traditional physical therapy was not effective and a knee replacement was suggested. Daiana’s knowledge and attention to human physiology led her to look at the muscle tension itself as contributing to the knee inflammation.
I saw immediate results following my first couple of visits with Daiana. My knee inflammation reduced significantly over the months that followed with full range of motion almost completely returned. Long walks are now a pleasure, and I am back working out at the gym!"
