Having a journal is an essential part of anyones life at any age. It helps shape the person you are, learn from past mistakes, and clears your mind. I need your help to clear and build the minds of some beautiful young ladies I wish to mentor this upcoming school year.
My wish is to donate a journal to each female student in our Girls Group. How do you play a part in this...

I've been at crossroads when people ask me what I do for a living. Cause there is a sense of validation when I talk about Massage Therapy but the minute Energy Work comes into the conversation I'm meet with curiosity. Which hey, it isn't bad, here is my opportunity to educate others. Plus I do understand how they think and feel because before I educated myself I thought I was losing it. 😂 I will say this, we are all given a special gift/abilities. It will only flourish if we put it into practice. Well, energy healing is one of my gifts. With every session, I set high intentions for my clients. It's great when someone has the best intentions for you and it's great to know someone can channel positive energy your way. Don't we all need that at some point of our lives?

Planting a seed for a new beginning doesn't seem to be an easy task. We have sleepless nights creating lists on "how to" when in reality we just need positive thoughts. Positivity empowers you beyond any tool out there. Being a positive person is free and accessible at all times. You just need to know that today is a good day to start.
To help you embark is this new way of being, I have compiled some of my favorite affirmations. (An affirmation is a positive declaration that something is already so.) I recite one affirmation daily and feel such strength in my words. I am empowered by these words which affect my day tremendously.
